Our Culture Locs extensions are handmade extensions designed to jumpstart your loc journey in the most beautiful way possible. These extensions are handmade by the owner Soley and takes time to create. Our extensions range from lengths 8' - 22' in colors natural, natural black and natural brown. Custom color is an upcharge and has to be added on with original purchased. All loc orders comes in sets of 20 and for an average head 60-80 locs is recommend please consult your stylist before purchasing.

  • turnaround time is 4-8works weeks not including weekends as the break down days
  • -order are made in order so for example (order #1122 will be made & shipped before #1123 order is started). If delays are to occur emails will be sent out.
  • please allow the full turnaround time to be met before consent order updates.

In love with my locs , they did take less than 2 months to receive however I appreciate the updates . Exactly what I asked for thank you again .

12+weeks & I haven't received my purchase

Place order on 19th February. Confirmation of postage and a tracking number was sent to me on 28th April but this is the message shown when tracking was attempted. A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.
I made contact at the beginning of May but no update as of yet.

Beautiful Locs, Slow service

The locs were indeed beautiful however the turn around was no where near what it stated. It ordered my hair 11/28 and 11/29 I received it like 2/27 or 2/28 with no instruction on hair products to use or how to comb the hair despite me reaching out twice. I was over it. The hair smelled like cigarettes. I also was refunded three products because she sold out. I was told i would receive a mini set due to the long wait however never received it. The emails were extremely inconsistent with promises that locs are being worked on. However being a one person business the last thing i want to see is you doing hair for other customers as well as you posting your own hair being done while i'm waiting for my hair and product. My advice ladies if you're not anxious and have time for her to show her work while she's "working day and night" to get orders out then by all means order, you'll get beautiful locs EVENTUALLY!!

I just received order today thank you so much. The wait was longer than expected but I appreicated the weekly updates . They're so GORGEOUS
